He was survived his wife and by five sons, Walter, Warren, Frank, John and Harry Mann. He was also survived by two brothers, Ed Mann, Alma, Kansas and Isaac Mann of Portland, Oregon. His brother R.M. Mann died May 28, 1909 at age 49. W. M. Mann died June 13, 1917, at age 61. A sister May 27, 1923, at the age of 62. The funeral was held at Allen Methodist Church.
