Visitation will be 6-8 this evening at Fogle-Hungerpiller Funeral Home. Mr. Troutman died Thursday, February 15, 2001. Born in Elloree, he was the son of the late Harry and Flossie Irick Troutman. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Sybil Powell Troutman; sons, Todd, Troy Troutman; daughter, Kelly Troutman; stepsons, Tony Powell, Chad Perry; stepdaughter, Tonya Gates; brother, Ralph Troutman; sisters, Barbara Sweat, Dolly Amar, Mildred Kemmerlin.
