LEO MILLER Mr. Leo Miller, age 95, of the Wallace Community, died early Monday morning in a local hospital.Mr. Miller was a native of Enterprise, Alabama and had resided in his Wallace Community residence for the past 55 years. He was retired Civil Service Employee at Pensacola Naval Air Station and was a member of the Wallace Baptist Church. Mr. Miller was an avid fisherman and baseball fan.He was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Georgia Martin Miller and his daughter, Jean Guernsey.He is survived by his four daughters, Anne Adams of Tallahassee, Doris (Howard) Nowling of Pace; Virginia (Sunny) Dozier of Allentown, and Carolyn Tidwell of Chumuckla; five sons, Harold (Tommie) Miller of Cottonwood, AL, Wid (Kay) Miller of Austin, TX, Leon (Margaret) Miller of Wallace, Lomax (Gaylier) Miller of Jay, and Neal (Dee) Miller of Pace; his son-in-law, Clinton Guernsey; two brothers, Quenton Miller and Greene Edward Miller; sister, Murl Smith; 39 grandchildren; 70 great grandchildren; and 31 great great grandchildren.Funeral services for Mr. Miller will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday from the chapel of the Donnie Sowell Funeral Home in Milton. Rev. La Don Hall assisted by Brother Clain Roberts will officiate with interment in the Elizabeth Chapel Cemetery.Mr. Miller's grandsons will serve as his pallbearers and all his grandchildren will serve as his honorary pallbearers.The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
