"Billy" was born at the family home in Mt. Rainier, Prince George's County, Md.
He was a happy little boy who was loved by all who knew him.

Before his death, he had been sick for several days and had been seen by a doctor for a "sick stomach".
His parents contacted a second doctor as Billy was not responding. The diagnosis was spinal meningitis. The little child died that night
