91, of 125 West End Street, died Wednesday, October 8, 1997 at Chester County Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church with Rev. Thomas T. Diggs officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. & Mrs. S.A. Boyd 117 Henry St., Chester, SC.
Miss Davis was born September 26, 1906 in Belfast Northern Ireland to Robert Davis and Martha Frazer Davis. She was a retired Bookkeeper for Davis Brothers Grocery, Chester, SC, a graduate of Chester High School, a long time member of The Pilot Club and a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church where she had served as treasurer of the Episcopal Church Women.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
