Marvin D. Roush, Sr., 86, of Sanibel Island, passed away August 8, 2006.
A decorated U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, he was an avid sports enthusiast, known for his witty personality and his ability to make you laugh. He was courageous and brave until the end.
Marvin was the loving and devoted father of Lois Roush Warner of Sanibel Island, Marvin D. Roush, II (Marilyn) of Pensacola, FL; Everett Wayne Roush (Laura) of Forsyth, GA; grandfather of 5 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, great-grandfather of 6 great-granddaughters and 2 great-grandsons. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Memorial services will be conducted August 26, 2006 at the Carmichael Funeral Home, East Point, Georgia Kiser Funeral Home.
