Dora J. Roush
Funeral services for Mrs. Dora J. Roush, 92, Middleport, who died Wednesday at the Pomeroy Health Care Center, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Rawlings-Coats-Blower Funeral Home.
Mrs. Roush was born Nov, 23, 1892 in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Perry and Sarah Wamsley Abbott.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Walter D. and Lillian Roush, Middleport, Dallas D. and Peggy Roush of Los Angeles, Calif.; a son, Marvin D. Roush, Atlanta, Ga.; a daughter, Edna Flynn, Columbus; 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Arlee and Trecie Abbott and George and Jennie Abbott, all of Pomeroy.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. Roush, and three sons, Glenn, Carl and Arthur.
Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire.
Friends may call at the Rawlings-Coats-Blower Funeral Home all day Friday. The family will be present from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to their favorite charity.
