MRS. CORA M. POPE
Mrs. Cora M. Pope, widow of Arthur B. Pope, died. Saturday at her home at Westville. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday at 2:30 p. m., the Rev. W- C. Dodge officiating. Burial in the Westville Cemetery.
Mrs. Pope was born, May 25, 1863, daughter of Crosby and Catherine B. (Nellis) Vanderveer. She is survived by a sister; Mrs. Wellington Earing, who had lived vvith her.

Funeral of Mrs. Cora Pope
Funeral services for Mrs. Cora M. Pope were held on Tuesday of last week at the Methodist church with the Rev. Wilbur Dodge officiating, with burial in the Westville cemetery. The bearers were Ambrose Green, Martin Parslow, Arthur Wood, Fred Denton and Nellis Garlock, and Brill Hooker.
Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Herrick, Binghamton' Mrs. Beatrice Sperry, Hartford, Conn.; Mrs. Ralph Blanchard and son, Mrs. Leon Smith and two sons and Mrs. Cora Belle Beach, Oneonta; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Baldwin and daughter, Fly Creek; Mr. and Mrs. Martin Pickard and Mr. and Mrs. John Lynes, Westford; Vernon Baldwin and Mrs. Effie Baldwin, Cooperstown; Jacob Baldwin and Mrs. Marcia Dewey, Milford.
Mrs. Pope died at her home on Saturday, April 21, following an illness of two weeks' duration, although she had been in poor health for the past year. She was born May 25, 1863, daughter of Crosby and Catherine B. (Nellis) Van Der Veer. She was the widow of Arthur B. Pope, and is survived by her sister, Mrs. Libbie Earing; five nieces, Mrs. Herbert Roberts, Hartford, Conn; Mrs. Leon Smith, Mrs. Ralph Blanchard and Mrs. Cora Belle Beach, Oneonta; and Mrs. Susie Earing, and a nephew, Raymond Baldwin of Fly Creek.
