Deceased Name: OBIT - WARD, EVA CRAFT WARD, Eva Craft, 82, of Montvale, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 19, 2002. She was a member of the Montvale Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Douglas Ward, Sr.; three sisters, Bonnie Forgie, Beatty Chilton, Virgie Arrington; three brothers, Lawrence Craft, James "Jim" Craft and Harvey Niday. Surviving are her son, Joseph Douglas Ward, Jr. of Montvale; sisters, Estelle Hackworth of Roanoke, Bertha Holland of Montvale; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Montvale Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2002 with the Rev. Tony Ward officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel
