Funeral services for Mr. Bill Prewitt, 76, of Hornbeck were held at 2 p.m. Oct. 19, in the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Hornbeck the Revs. Edwin McCullough, Donnie Paul Lewing and Clayton Crosby officiated. Burial followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville. Mr. Prewitt died Friday, Oct. 17, in the Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville. Survivors include two sons, Cecil Prewitt and Benjamin L. Prewitt, both of Hornbeck; one daughter, Debbie Prewitt of Hornbeck; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
