Odell-
Miss Dorothy G. Ahrens, 68, died at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at the Hawthorne Lodge Nursing Home, Bloomington, after a long illness.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Robert Gilles officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Watson Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited at 7:15 p.m.
She was born March 27, 1909,at Odell, a daughter of Stephen and Gertrude (Erschen) Ahrens.
Surviving are a brother, Francis E., Odell; two sisters, Mrs. Marcella VanDeWarker, Tampa, Fla., and Sister Mary Stephanie, Dayton, Ohio.
Four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
She attended St. Paul's grade and high school, and was a member of the church.
The family suggests memorials to St. Paul's Catholic Church.
