Paul Bruce Jordan, 57, of 814 Woodland Road, Cedartown, Ga., died Wednesday, Jan. 21.
He was born April 16, 1929, in Williamson, W.Va., the son of the late William and Elizabeth Jordan.
He was a member, treasurer and assistant Sunday school superintendent of Faith Baptist Church. He was also a supervisor with the HON Co. of Cedartown and served in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by one son, Robert William Jordan.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Simons Jordan of Cedartown; two daughters, Wanda Lee Russell of Cedartown and Johanna Jean Jordan of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.;
one son, Paul Bruce Jordan Jr. of Winfield, Kan.; one sister, Gleneida Finley of Phoenix, Ariz.; six brothers, William H. Jordan of Seattle, Wash., Frank C. Jordan of South Point, Thomas R. Jordan of Ironton, James L. Jordan of Panama City, Fla., Howard Daniel Jordan of Columbus and Patrick Jordan of Phoenix, Ariz.; and four grandchildren.
Military services were held Saturday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m. in the Faith Baptist Church by the Revs. Monroe Willingham and Sam Shipp. Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery with full military rites by the Brewster-Cleveland Post No. 86, Cedartown, Ga.
The Gammage Funeral Home of Cedartown was in charge of arrangements.
