Mrs. Mary Becker passed away September 1 at the Klickitat Valley hospital in Goldendale, Wash. where she had been confined for the past five months.
She was born January 29, 1875 at Duelm, Minn., and married Joseph Becker in 1891. She and her husband moved to Libby in 1935. After living in Libby only a few months, Mr. Becker passed away.
Mrs. Becker is survived by two sons: Albert and Joseph of Libby; two daughters, Mrs. Gust Stiendorf of Klickitat, Wash., and Mrs. Mike Wittowski of Foley, Minn.; two sisters and five brothers; 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at St Joseph's Catholic church with Father O'Malley officiating. Music was provided by the St. Joseph choir.
A rosary was held at St. Joseph's church Monday evening.
Interment was made in Libby cemetery.
