She was a housekeeper and 76 years old at her death from Diabietis. Her father was listed as BRYSON STEADMAN and her mother as NANCY WILSON, both born in SC. Informant was listed as VICTOR GOSNELL of Campobello, SC. J. W. FLOYD was the undertaker and THOMAS EARLE MORROW of Campobello, was the doctor. Burial was in the Campobello Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery on Marc 22, 1921.

Mrs. Mary L. Brannon, age seventy-six, died yesterday afternoon at her home at Campobello after a lingering illness. The funeral service will be held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Methodist Church at Campobello, conducted by Rev. Mr. Montgomery. Interment will be in the churchyard. Mrs. Brannon is survived by the following children: C. D. and H. M Brannon, of Greer; C. B. Brannon of Tucapau: A. B. Brannon of Union; M. B. Brannon of Blacksburg; E. R. Brannon of Washington, D. C.; D. V. Brannon of Union; Mrs. Leon Brown of Clifton; Mrs. Doris Bowling of Campobello and Mrs. Charles Linder of Clifton.
