Born January 19, 1886 in Buffalo County, she came to Downsville area with her parents when a young girl. She was married to Charles O. Brostrom in 1903 and lived in Dunn County the remainder of her life.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 27, at 2 p.m. from the Goodrich Funeral Home with the Rev. Milton Edwards officiating. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery.
Survivors include her four sons Carl and Lawrence, Menomonie; Robert, Downsville; and Harold, Wausau; two daughters, Eunice (Mrs. Raymond Wold), Menomonie; and Marion (Mrs. Norman Nelson), Burlington; seventeen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Grace (Mrs. John Wold).
