He was born March 1, 1915 in the Town of Dunn to Charles and Maude Jenning Brostrom. He married Evelyn McGilton on November 22, 1944, in Menomonie.
He farmed in Dunn County all his life.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday May 1, at Olson Funeral Home Menomonie with the Rev. Gordon E. Hanson officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at Olson Funeral Home from 3:30 p.m. Wednesday until time of service on Thursday.
Surviving are his wife, Evelyn, at home, two sons, Roger and Gary both of Rt. 4, Menomonie, two brothers, Carl and Lawrence, Menomonie, two sisters, Marion Nelson, Burlington and Eunice Wold, Menomonie and a grandson.
