Mark M. Przybylski, 57, of Elgin passed away, Tuesday, July 21, in his home. He was born on November 20, 1952 in Stevens Point, WI, the son of Martin and Claire (Kitowski) Przybylski. Mark was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Elgin He was employed by United Airlines as a mechanic where he was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. Mark enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and especially enjoyed traveling. He is survived by his wife, Laura (Dickerson) Przybylski to whom he was married on September 3, 1994 in Elgin; son, Joseph M. of Elgin; mother, Claire of Stevens Point, WI; many Cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Roy. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, on Monday, July 27, 2009 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 215 Thomas More Drive, Elgin, IL 60123 with Fr. Geoffrey Wirth Officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the Laird Funeral Home, 310 South State Street (Route 31) Elgin and on Monday morning, at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Thomas More Church building fund.
