75y 9m 4d. Husband of Margaret (Custer) Walk. Father of Clara (Walk) Black, Alemeda died at age 2, Lillie never married and died during her 73rd yr., Rosa (Walk) May, Harry died at age 2, Frederick who lived the majority of his 77 yrs in Iowa, twins Nellie died at 1y 9m 10d and Tottie who died at 1 day. Son of David and Jane (Dively) Walk.

Abraham enlisted in the Regular Army on 1 Jan 1862 as a Private. He was 23yrs old, had brown eyes, dark hair and was 5ft 9in tall and was from Darke Co., OH. He was discharged as a Private on 15 Jan 1864 with a Disability category "D" based on a surgeons certificate, at Fort Independence, Boston Harbor, Mass.

By 1867 Abraham had married Margaret Custer and was the father of one daughter Clara. Following Clara were seven brothers and sisters, most of which were born in MIssouri.
First Missouri record was in the 1870 Census for Grundy Co., MO.
