LOCUST GROVE, OKLAHOMA: Helen Louise Sweet Fishinghawk, 73, died November 6, 2007 in Tulsa. She was born August 27, 1934 in Westville, OK to Louie Ray and Lodema Florence Maggard Sweet.

She formerly lived in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Tulsa. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and enjoyed cooking, genealogy and flowers.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Fishinghawk; three children, David Fishinghawk (Kelly) of Locust Grove, Rhonda Stanley (David) of Tahlequah, and Paula Fishinghawk of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Carlton (Lawrence) of Westville, and Aileen Lockard (Ken) of Mountainburg; a brother, Arlene Eugene "Bud" Sweet (Joyce) of Colcord; an uncle, Kenneth Maggard of Proctor; an aunt, Opal McGuire of Jefferson City, MO; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death her parents, and 2 grandchildren. Services were held at the First United Methodist Church of Locust Grove. Interment was at the Westville City Cemetery under the direction of Locust Grove Funeral Home.
