Wilbur K. "Peck" Johnson, 83, of Decatur, died at 4:39 p.m. Monday (Jan. 23, 1995) in St. John's Hospital, Springfield.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Dawson & Wikoff Colonial Chapel North with visitation from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Masonic services. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. Memorials: Macon County Chapter of American Heart Association.
He was born Sept. 28, 1911, in Shelby County, the son of Asa A. and Margaret Backensto Johnson. He married Wavalene Banning April 3, 1936.
Surviving are his wife; and several nieces and nephews.
Six brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
