"Harry E. Scheinert, 68, of 515 W. South Park Ave., died Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. at Mercy Hospital. He had been in failing health for the past several months.
"He was born March 28, 1890, in Oshkosh, and was married at Winneconne to Miss Martha Mielke on Oct. 10, 1915. A plumber by trade, he resided in Marinette from 1936-53. Mr. Scheinert was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
"Surviving are his wife, Martha; two daughters, Miss Verna Scheinert, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Roland Neumanns, Peshtigo; two sons, Ernst Scheinert, Santa Maria, Calif., and Russell Scheinert, Marinette; one sister, Mrs. Earl Klix, Oshkosh; two brothers, Frank and Walter Scheinert, Oshkosh; eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
"Services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church with the Rev. Howard Kaiser officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
"Friends may call at Konrad Funeral Home from Friday at 3:30 p.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday. The body will lie in state at he church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services."
