Mr. Bobby John Altman, 42, died suddenly Friday (June 30, 2006) at Satilla Regional Medical Center.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Waycross and was a son to the late Gerald Altman.
He was a salesman for Raleigh Distributors Inc.
The survivors include his wife Laura Altman of Waycross; two sons, B.J. Altman and Michael Altman both of Waycross; his mother, Peggy G. Altman of Waycross; a brother, Kenny Altman (wife Sandy) of Waycross; three sisters, Lisa Dodd (husband Gary) of Hinesville, Denise King (husband Everette) of Waycross, and Christina Copeland (husband John) of Waycross; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Harold Land of Waycross; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (July 4, 2006) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock.
