Services for Mrs. Alice M. Pike, 84, who died in the Mid-City Care Center, Memphis, Tenn., on July 2nd, were held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Caruthersville with Father Amil Shibley officiating. Burial was in Little Prairie Cemetery with H.S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
She was born Oct. 9th, 1890 in Red Lake Falls, Minn., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Gauthier. On Dec. 31st, 1919 in Red Lake Falls, Minn., she married Paul Victor Pike. He preceded her in death April 14th, 1960.
She was a former resident of Caruthersville and moved to Memphis from here in 1969.
Survivors include one son, David P. Pike of Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, Roy Gauthier and Chester Gauthier, both of Red Lake Falls, Minn.; one sister, Mrs. Eileen Pautz of Elgin, Ill.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandhildren.
