MRS. EVA FISHBACK
OF ROSEDALE DIES

Mrs. Eva Nevins Fishback, age 75, died about 11:30 o'clock Tuesday night of last week, in the Union hospital, Terre Haute. She was a member of the Friendly Grove Baptist church, Estabrook chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Mary Martin chapter O. E. S. and the Shakespeare club of Rosedale.

Mary Evaline "Eva" Adams was born February 22, 1866 in Jessup, Parke, Indiana to Harvey "Tipp" M. Adams and America Indiana Seybold Adams. On August 12, 1903, she was united in holy matrimony to John Robert Nevins who preceded her in death on August 27, 1932. On September 21, 1935 in Brazil, Clay County, Indiana, she wed Allen Carter Fishback who also preceded her in death on March 8, 1937. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a sister Cora Ann Naff, and three brothers, Charles Elsworth, John Oliver and Arthur James Adams.

Mrs. Fishback is survived by an adopted daughter, Miss Ethel Nevins of Rosedale; three step-sons, E. H. Fishback of Anderson, A. W. Fishback of Bloomington and Emmett Fishback of Davenport, Iowa, and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Ellen "Ella" Belt of Rosedale.

Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock, Thursday morning of last week, at the Thomas funeral home, Terre Haute. Burial was made in the Adams cemetery near Rosedale.
