Adolph Wichmann Chilton Times February 16, 1907

Adolph Wichmann, son of John Wichman, of the town of New Holstein, lost his life on Thursday of last week by an accident. He was cutting a tree when one of the limbs struck him on the head and caused his death. His remains were brought here Saturday and on Monday a large concourse of relatives and friends attended the funeral which was conducted by Rev. T. Schildknecht. The deceased was 35 years old and leaves a father, three sisters, Mrs. Herman Erbach, Mrs. Geo. Eldridge, Miss Emma Wichman and three brothers, Louis, John and Otto, to mourn his untimely death.
