OSCAR GRAVES LAID TO REST
Son of Pioneer Family Buried at Sheridan
SHERIDAN, Jan. 19 - Funeral services were held Friday at the Sheridan chapel for Oscar Graves, who died Tuesday after a long illness.
Mr. Graves, son of early pioneers, was born May 13, 1866, on the Graves donation land claim and resided on that farm until his death.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Windle, Sheridan; Mrs. Barbara Johnson, Seaside and Miss Mildred Graves, Sheridan; three brothers, Waller Graves and Roy Graves, Sheridan, and Carl Graves, Dallas; one sister, Mrs. Cora Chandler, Sheridan.
Interment was in the Sheridan Masonic cemetery.
