Mr. Braden had been a Borger resident since 1927. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
He was born July 18, 1918, in Nowata, Okla.
Survivors include his wife Jennie of the home; two sons, Don of Borger and Gary of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Jim of Midcalf; Wayne of Baytown; and Bill of Osawatomie, Kan.; a sister, Mrs. Betty Watson of Fort Worth; his mother, Mrs. Mae Braden also of Fort Worth, and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Cecil House, Guy Wiley, Bob Dawson, John Yows, P.F. Huffine and Blaz Strovas.
Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
