Will S Nolte, 93, of 416 Second Ave, NE, Waverly, died Saturday evening, Feb 7, at his home He was born on July 14, 1887 in Warren Township, the son of August and Amelia Witte Nolte. He attended country school and then farmed with his brother, Henry.
On March 19, 1932 he was united in marriage to Helen E Arns in Sumner. The couple moved to Waverly and Will continued farming with his brother until ill health forced his retirement in 1962 He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Waverly.
Surviving are his wife, Helen: two daughters, Reva, Mrs Arlan Kirchmann of Sumner, Marlene, Mrs Darrel Hoppenworth of Waverly; one son, Marvin (Bud) of Waverly: one brother, Frank of Waverly: six grandchildren and three great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and seven sisters
Burial was in Harlington Cemetery, Waverly
