She was the daughter of William "Earl" and "Erma" Mary Jack Armstrong. She worked as a secretary at the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond for 25 years and also owned a cafe in Wellston.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Cleo Casey, one son, Billy Sharp, one brother, Wayne Armstrong and granddaughter, Candy Sharp Privett and her husband Terry.
Survivors include her sister, Sheila Cleveland of Oklahoma City, two sons and daughters-in-law, Jackie and Cammie Sharp and Charles and Vicki Sharp, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Successful Word Church in Warwick with Bro. Roy Hayes officiating. Burial followed at Wellston Cemetery under the direction of Brown's Funeral Parlor in Wellston.
