Henry Aden

Relatives here received word Wednesday that Henry Aden of Scottsbluff died about 10 o'clock that morning, Nov. 6, 1963 after suffering an heart attack. His age was 74 years, 10 months and 17 days.
Henry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Aden, was born at Sterling, Nebr., Dec. 19, 1888. He was reared and educated here. February 21, 1911 he married Tena Foss, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Aden farmed near Adams until 1930, then moved to Sterling and lived here until 1940, when he went to Scottsbluff. There he made his home with his son Loren.
Mr. Aden was baptized and confirmed in St. John Lutheran church in Sterling. He enjoyed coming back to Sterling to visit relatives and friends.
Surviving are two sons Loren A. and Carrol C. both of Scottsbluff; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; one brother Adolph Aden of Hildreth; two sisters, Mrs. John Parde and Mrs. Harm Agena, both of Adams.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday morning in Benson-Jolliffe chapel in Scottsbluff, and at two o'clock Monday afternoon, Nov. 11, in Zink mortuary in sterling. The Rev. Kenneth Rust, pastor of St. John American Lutheran church in Sterling, will officiate.
Music will be by Mrs. Lloyd Wilson and Miss. Augusta Joekel.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
