Newkirk, Okla/ --- Mrs. Ruth Butts, 75, died Thursday at the Ponca City hospital.
She was born Feb. 3, 1893, in Arkansas City to Wade and Mollie Travis. She married Leslie Allen in 1910, and he preceded her in death in 1919. She later married Ellis Butts in 1921, and he also preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Christian church in Arkansas City.
Survivors include one son, Lester Allen, Newkirk, two sisters, Mrs. Nora Jones, Compton, Calif., and Mrs. Grace Taylor, Ft. Worth, Tec., and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Stahl Funeral Service chapel with Rev. Wayne Sigler of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
