Daughter of William A Wiggins and Minnie B. Morris. After their seperation Birdie's mother and stepfather Thomas G. Stoney raised her and William and Minnie's other daughter Reba in Darrington WA. She was married to Lee P. Snyder on June 3, 1918 in Skagit Co. WA. They had nine girls and six boys.
