Services for Mr. John S. "Ike" Haydon, 68, of 211 East Coolidge, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

A 29-year resident of Borger, Mr. Haydon was a retired employee of Southwestern Public Service Company. He was a native of Kress.

Mr. Haydon was a veteran of World War II, serving in the army.

He is survived by his wife, Irene; two sons, Doug L. Haydon of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Robert Brown of Borger; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Fraker of Santa Maria, Calif.; a brother, Bob of Plainview; two sisters, Mrs. Chrystelle Gibson and Mrs. Mable Williams, both of Plainview; and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Herman Topper, Bert Millard, Dennis Hood, C.L. Storey, Sammy Mercer and C.E. Geary.
