Richard G. Hamm, 63, formerly of Altoona and Indiana, Pa, died unexpectedly Aug. 8, 2001, in Huntingdon. Born Aug. 7, 1938, in Altoona, a son of the late Frank and Elda (McCready) Hamm. Survived by a son, Scott; and sisters: Ruth and Betty. There will be no public viewing. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, with interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
