Funeral for Vernon A. Breniser, 59, will be at noon Thursday at Caldwell's Colonial Mortuary.
Mr. Breniser died of a brain tumor at the Veterans Hospital Sunday. He was employed as an aircraft machinist at Electronic Specialties.
A lifetime resident of Portland he ws a member of the Foursquare Church, and Local No. 63 Machinists. The veteran of World War II had worked for the Iron Fireman for a number of years before he moved to Electronic Specialties.
he is survived by his wife Naomi, and three children, Norman A., Donna and Darlene Breniser, all of Portland.
Other survivors include his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth C. Breniser, three brothers, Horace, Laurence, and Herbert Breniser, Portland and five sisters, Fenna Star, Vancouver; Mariam Barnhill, Washougal, Olive Johnston, Sandy, and Fern Pond, and Neoma Davis, Portland.
Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
