(It seems unlikely that she was the mother of Phebe Stanbery* Swan, who was born very early in 1749---on February 23, 1748/49---in fact, first wife Anna may well have died in childbirth with Phebe. This is followed by a three-year gap in births, before falling into an every-other-year pattern .)
The original surname was "Stanborough " or a similar "Stanborowe" variation in England. Over time there became dozens of spelling variations including but not limited to, Stanberry, Stanbury, Stansberry, Stansbury, Stanbro, ect.

Margaret was a Midwife. She remarried to John Darby Senior after Recompence's death. John Darby Junior married her youngest daughter, Anna (Nancy) Stanbery.
