Mrs. Rose Barbara Freshman, wife of Roy Freshman, died Friday at her home in Thurmont. She was aged 60 years, 10 months, and 3 days. Her death was sudden although she had been under the doctor's care for several years for heart trouble.
She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Barbara Izer Perry and was a member of the Thurmont Church of the Brethren.
Surviving besides her husband are three sons, Donald L., Baltimore; Burnell and Paul of Thurmont. Four grandchildren and two brothers, Clarence Perry, Carlisle, Pa., and Clifton Perry, Hagerstown, also survive.
The body rests at the funeral home in Thurmont where friends may call. It will be removed to the Thurmont Church of the Brethren for services Monday afternoon at two O'clock. Rev. Philip Kulp will officiate. Interment in Pipe Creek cemetery, near New Windsor. M. L. Creager and Son, funeral directors.
