BARBARA M. PROVOST, 86, died Saturday at Menifee Valley Medical Center in Sun City. A native of Utah, Mrs. Provost lived in Sun City 13 years. Previously she lived in Romoland nine years. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Provost was a member of Sun City Bible Church.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Ferguson of Huntington Beach and Ron of Homeland; a daughter, Gerri Balogh of Orange; a stepdaughter, Sue Wahl of Seal Beach; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Kitty Pickering of Minnesota.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sun City Bible Church. Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. today at Evans-Brown Mortuary in Sun City. Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery.
