Mrs. Rebecca Eady Dies At Fort Wayne - Funeral Services Saturday Afternoon

Mrs. Rebecca Eady, 79, former resident of Decatur, died Thursday at her home, 1317 Home avenue, Fort Wayne, where she lived with a daughter, Miss Vera Eady. She had lived in Fort Wayne since 1931.

Mrs. Eady was a member of the Plymouth Congregational church, Queen Esther Rebekah lodge of the IOOF and the Post Noble Grand club.

Surviving are two daughters, Miss Vera Eady of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Irene Schafer of Decatur ; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and two sisters: Mrs. Alice Syphers and Mrs. Francis Mosel, both of Fort Wayne .

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Klaehn funeral home in Fort Wayne , Dr. Elmer E. Voelkel officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dr. William C. Schafer, Washington; Richard Schafer, Decatur and Victor Housel, Auburn, all grandsons, and Lloyd Stalter, Fort Wyne, Harold Eady, Hudson, Mich., and Kenneth Eady, Decatur, all nephews.
