Funeral services for Ezra Colman Boren, 79, of 1325 Sage St., Rock Springs, were conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Spring Glen LDS Ward Chapel in Spring Glen, Utah, Bishop Dullon Rasmusson officiating. Burial was in the Price, Utah City Cemetery.

Mr. Boren died Thursday, March 29, at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County.

Born Feb. 1, 1894, at Sevier County, Utah, he was the son of Manassah and Lucy Elizabeth Nash Boren. He married Bertha Ann Kendall June 13, 1918 at Vernal, Utah.

He had previously resided in Price, Utah, coming to Rock Springs about four years ago.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had been a farmer his entire life.

Survivors include one son, Learenzo Boren of Green River; seven daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Alberta) Smuin of Terreton, Idaho, Msr. Verda Thompson of Craig, Colo., Mrs. Ebenezer (Edna) Brown of Ogden, Uath, Mrs. Carl (Lula) Twitchell of Price, Mrs. Wesley (Lela) Pape of Mountain View, and Mrs. Myron (Wanda) Slaugh of Manila, Utah; one brother, James Alma Boren of Ogden, 45 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
