ELLIOTT – Mrs. Mary Etta (nee Adams), passed away in her 82nd year, Tuesday, July 20, 1954, at 1:45 a.m. Former residence, 712 S. 33rd St. Widow of Mr. William E. Elliott; loving mother of Mrs. Andy Eugene (Anna Leora) Cook, Mrs. Harry (Claudine) Dages, Messrs. C.M. Wiser of Pikeville, KY, and John Y. Wilson; also survived by stepson, W.A. Wilson of San Mateo, CA; sisters, Mrs. W.L. Mackin and Mrs. L.A. Blanford; brother, Mr. W.T. Adams; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Elliott is in the Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd., at Carlisle Avenue, where services will be held Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m., and in Holy Cross Church at 9 o'clock. Interment in St. Louis Cemetery. The members of St. Ivo's Society kindly meet at the funeral home Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. to recite the rosary.
