Thomas G. Mattingly, 70, died Wednesday at Caritas Medical Center. He was a native of Marion County; a retired employee of Rainbo Bread Co.; and a member of Bakery, Confectionery and Tobacco Workers Local 213 and St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Survivors: his wife, the former Teresa R. Cecil; daughters Carolyn Newton and Deborah Weston; sons Thomas G., Mike and Gary V. Mattingly; sisters Anna Bell Thomas and Aline and Mary Dell Wilson; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, his church, 6105 S. Third St. Burial: St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation: Joseph E. Ratterman & Son-South End, 7330 Southside Drive, 5-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-9 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts: memorial Masses.
