Furneral services for Malcolm L. Hollingsworth, 65, of Route 3, Houston were held at 2 p.m.,Wednesday, March 14 at Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. James Smith officating. He was buried at Enon Cemetery.

Hollingsworth, a lifelong resident of Chickasaw County, was the son of
Chickasaw County, was the son of Thomas C. and Ruby Crouch Hollingsworth. He was a farmer and cattleman.

He is survived by his widow Elizabeth Hollingsworth of Houston; a son,
Leon Hollingsworth of Houston, daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth A. Harlow of Idabel, Okla.; his father, a resident of Houston; his mother, a resident of Memphis; five brothers, Couch Hollingsworth, Dewayne Hollingsworth, Wayne Hollingsworth, and Ronald Hollingsworth, all of Memphis, and James F. Hollingsworth of Houston; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers included Rodney Hollingsworth, Jim Earp, Hick Earp, Howard Earp, David Duncan and W. L. Hill.
