Tommy Ross died in Dallas, Texas on August 2, 2009. He was 54 years of age. Tommy was born on July 3, 1955 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Levi Joshua and Lucille (Nubbie) Ross. He was a member of the Bethlehem Pentecostal Holiness Church in Dallas. As a young boy, he loved to go fishing. His parents and one brother, Geno Cowan preceded him in death. Tommy is survived by sister Yvonne Foy of Beggs, sister Chlotele Ellis of Beggs, sister Gwendolyn Lewis and husband Gregory of Beggs, brother Wendell Ross of Okmulgee, sister DeAndrea Ross Cullom and husband Gregory of Beggs, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Beggs. Viewing will be at the Beggs funeral home on Friday from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
