Mr. Timm was a carpenter for Elmer Brinkman Construction for years. He is a veteran of the United States Army serving in Normandy, Northern France from March 24, 1943 to January 4, 1946. During his tour of duty, he was a heavy truck driver and obtained the Victory Medal, European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon with two bornze stars, 4 Overseas Service Bars, the Good Conduct Medal and the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon.
Mr. Timm is survived by 4 sons- John (Ruth) Timm of Bourbonnais, Virgil (Nancy) Timm of Chebanse, Michael Timm of Kankakee and Daniel (Joni) Timm of Cresent City; 1 daughter Anna(Terry) Martell of Lake in the Hills; 12 grandsons, 4 grandaughters and 10 great grandchildren.
He is proceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
