Mrs. Ivy Inez Guy Hamm, 84, of Pittsview, AL, died Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, GA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM EST, Thursday, January 12, 2006 at Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City . Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM EST. Mrs. Hamm was born January 23, 1921 in Enon, AL, daughter of the late Ed Guy and Beadie Bell Pittman Guy. She was a member of Pittsview Baptist Church in Pittsview, AL. Mrs. Hamm was preceded in death by her husband, Terrell Smith Hamm, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by, three daughters, Margaret Adams and husband Ron of Kennesaw, GA., Carol Johnson and husband Ervin of Alma, GA., Karen Ruff and husband Ed of Roswell, GA., two sisters, Ruby Benefield of Phenix City, AL. and Mildred Moore of Dempolis, AL.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
