Will was the eleventh of twelve children born to John Wesley Moore and Elizabeth Keath. He married a woman named Jeanette in 1930. There are no known children from this union.

MEMORIAL BOOK (funeral guest register): Eastburn Funeral Home; Watseka (Iroquois County), Illinois. States that following funeral burial would be in the Belmont Cemetery. Also states my maternal grandfather, Harry Pierce, Sr. and his oldest son (my uncle), John W. Pierce were among the pallbearers.
