Came to USA Nov. 5, 1883 at the age of 16 on the SS Frisia. Married Mary B. Reisinger, who was born in Toledo Ohio in 1867 and was the daughter of Anthony Reisinger and Mary Ann Deichelber on August 15, 1894. They had one son Raymond Frederick Musshel. William had one brother, Frederick W Mussehl (Find a Grave ID #39500786 or http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSsr=41&GSmid=47153509&GRid=39500786& ) William died in Napoleon Township and is buried at St. Paul Lutheran Church Napoleon Township, which was once called the Hanover Settlement.
