A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 14, 1985, at 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage for Rose K. DeLano, 83, of Eagle Grove, Iowa. She died on Sunday, November 10, at an Osage nursing home. Funeral services will be in Eagle Grove and arrangements are being made by Kasler and Babcock Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery in Eagle Grove.

Mrs. DeLano was born on March 5, 1902 in Stacyville, Iowa, the daughter of Bernard and Helen Adams. She married Hugh DeLano of Clarion on August 4, 1920.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh, who died in 1959; her parents; son, Edward of Eagle Grove; and two daughters, Mrs. Ernhart (Alice) Malmin of Osage and Mrs. Earl (Irene) Benton of Thompson Falls, Montana; two brothers, Albert Adams and Fred Adams, both of Osage; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
