Bowman, Harrison Doughit - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Payne & Son Funeral Home for Harrison Doughit BOWMAN, 81, 620 Maitland Drive who died December 22 in a local hospital. The Rev. Robert Houston will officiate. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial park. The deceased was a native of Illinois and had lived in Bakersfield for the last 6 years. Until his retirement some years ago, he had been employed by the school board of Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Lura BOWMAN of the above address; a son, Ellsworth BOWMAN of La Puente; two daughters, Mabel Seiden of Bakersfield and Irene Reese of Culver City; 4 grandchildren, Irene and Glenn Seiden of this city , Mildred Schroyer of Covina and Donald BOWMAN of Norwalk; and 4 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Lee Morgan, Fred Roberts, E. E. MacKnight, Lee Compagnon, Gene Beatty and Ivan Calderwood
